Cathleen possesses a unique skill set that is leveraged from more than 20 years as a licensed healthcare clinician/provider, clinical researcher, educator, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has a strong background in data collection, management, and analysis, particularly in the healthcare field.

During the past 4 years, Cathleen has served as the Data Manager at C4BHI. She is skilled at employing coding techniques to transform raw data into usable formats for further analysis, ensuring that datasets are well-organized and ready for actionable insights. Cathleen has a strong ability to create complex surveys for data collection across multiple platforms, including REDcap, Qualtrics, and SurveyMonkey. Additionally, she has extensive experience collaborating with schools, hospitals, and other organizations to build export capabilities for program datasets, allowing for seamless integration of data from various sources. Cathleen’s expertise allows her to leverage her knowledge of data management technologies, coding skills, and strong collaboration with community partners to deliver robust, secure, and insightful data analyses.

Cathleen holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Master’s in Health Informatics with a concentration in Data Analytics. She actively contributes to her community by volunteering as a Data Analyst at a free clinic in Virginia. Outside of her professional life, Cathleen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two playful puppies. One of her most rewarding hobbies is renovating her sister’s beach house, where she combines
