Johanne Diambou

Johanne brings over five years of experience in community engagement and health assessment. She consistently helps drive impactful results in promoting health equity through innovative data coordination and outreach strategies.

Johanne has served as the Vermont State Health Assessment Project Coordinator and as a data collection Interviewer using various data collection tools, during her time at C4BHI. In these roles, she has engaged Vermont communities and beyond to document health indicators and partake in decision-making processes and collected data to assess program performance measures. Her ability to foster collaboration among community members and service providers has been crucial in driving initiatives that center health equity. Johanne’s experience extends to various roles in data collection and analysis, project coordination, and motivational interviewing. She has been helpful in improving evaluation processes, conducting data analyses, and supporting youth and young adults at risk of substance use and mental health disorders. Her commitment to public health is further demonstrated by her leadership roles, where she has mentored and guided youth, helped design and implement community programs, and provided discipline-specific assistance.

Johanne holds a Masters in Public Health. She is certified in Emergency Risk Communication and speaks three languages. In her free time, she enjoys trying new foods, spending time with family and friends, and serving as a mentor within her community.
