Keren brings 20 years of expertise in program evaluation, computer science, and mental health counseling. She enhances team engagement and leadership decision making through data analysis, visualizations, and a deep appreciation of human connections.

Keren has worked at C4BHI for the past 7 years, specializing in survey design and analysis, qualitative data analysis, dashboard development and data visualizations, and report writing, with a focus on deriving strategic and actionable insights. She just completed a comprehensive evaluation for the Vermont Department of Health, being the lead qualitative analyst and report writer in a community health assessment involving data from over 400 participants. The outcomes of this project reflect her commitment to meaningful equitable practices and her dedication to authentically representing the voices of the communities she serves.

Keren holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling, a bachelor’s in computer science, and is a certified scrum master and product owner. She is fluent in both English and Hebrew, with proficiency in speaking and writing in both languages. Keren is also a founding owner of Evaluand Consulting Company. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring, feeding people and animals, gardening, and forever being a student.
