- Since 2020 C4BHI staff is working on a HRSA grant with the role of evaluating the prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery efforts to care for and offset the impact of opioid use in rural central Vermont; this includes work on a new grant received in November 2022 from the CDC and HIDTA that focuses on creating an effective post-overdose response across EMS, law enforcement, medical (ED), recovery and treatment providers.
- Lead the data collection and analysis for 15 Community Health Needs Assessments for hospitals in California and Oregon. Collected in-person and virtual interview data, and community survey data, and incorporated secondary data to establish significant health needs as the kick-off to a three-year Community Health Improvement Strategy initiative.
