C4BHI staff are providing technical assistance to help LSF Health Systems (LSF) in Jacksonville, Florida with a recently SAMHSA awarded SBIRT grant. The project aims to serve 23,500 youth and adults over five years. C4BHI is providing ongoing consultation and training focused on effective clinical approaches, evaluation planning, and the development of an automated data tracking system.
