C4BHI is evaluating the EQuITY program at Outreach Development Corporation in New York City. EQuITY is a SAMHSA-funded program designed to provide evidence-based services to Transition-Aged Youths (16-25-year-olds). C4BHI’s evaluation staff interviewed involved youth and their caregivers to better understand the impact of the program and how it can be improved. The findings are shared with Outreach and the New York State Office of Addiction and Support Services once each cohort of interviews is completed.
